    Update git submodules
    
    * Update puppet-glance from branch 'master'
      - Prepare a new release for victoria cut off
    
        This patch fixes the version bump made by the previous preparation
        patch, de74ce47e35f18796759c5edbd5d0ec43306a24b. Since some features
        has been added since the previous release, we should update y release
        instead of z release.
