    Update git submodules
    
    * Update bifrost from branch 'master'
      - Declare support for Fedora 32 and openSUSE Leap 15.2
    
        Our CI now runs with these operating systems, document their support.
        Formally deprecated the older versions that are EOL or will EOL soon.
