    * Update releases from branch 'master'
      - Merge "Release ovsdbapp 1.6.0"
      - Release ovsdbapp 1.6.0
    
        This is not a feature release, but it does contain a patch that,
        belatedly, bumps the lower requirement of the python ovs package. That
        bump really should have happened in the 1.3.0 release.
